If you have experience in the day care/preschool field but do not have the funds to open your own center...this is a unique 'pay-it-forward' opportunity.   We are offering you your own center to operate with a NJ state license already in place with a capacity of 100 children 2 to 13.

The owner has a successful organization but it took years to build especially without backing or funding, vowing when success happened it would be paid forward. There are many smart, savvy, passionate individuals but the only thing holding them back from achieving their dream is money...for this opportunity you must have experience in child care ages 2-5 year olds, are deeply passionate about providing the best service for the children so they can enjoy a healthy childhood in a safe environment.

The center is set with furniture, all licensing, situated on large lot with swimming pool on a highly visible main highway near the Raceway Mall.  All you need to bring is a marketing plan for enrollments or if you already have children ages 2 - 5 ready to enroll...you are ready to open!

There is NO upfront money needed! This is neither a buyout opportunity, nor a real estate sale...this is exactly what it states, you will have the opportunity to run the child care / preschool division of the Center (the 5 and under program) as your own. You can already have your own center, you can be a head teacher, an assistant, a nanny, a director or business manager wanting to run your own center but again you just do not have the funding.

After you send the information requested below, we will then discuss the number of enrollments needed, compensation, expense account and funding you are allotted. You will have a business manager to help you develop a strong successful center.
