All along the Route 9 Corridor there will be plenty of places for people to get a head start on their holiday shopping.
With the annual "Black Friday" tradition upon us several of the stores along the road will have special opening and closing times, deep discounts and more for those brave enough to work through the crowds.
There are plenty of big stores that will have big deals starting either late tonight or first thing tomorrow morning. The Target store will open at midnight and will be open until 11 p.m. on Friday night. They will have plenty of specials that can be found here.
One of the other big stores on the street, Wal Mart is having special hours and also separating some of their sales into special times. According to their ad, items like toys will be on sale as of 10 p.m. tonight while some electronics will start going on sale at midnight. There will be more electronic items for sale starting at 8 a.m. on Friday morning.
The T.J. Maxx Store will have a special opening time of 7 a.m. on Friday morning for those shoppers looking to get into the store a few hours earlier than usual.
For those video game fans in Howell, the two Gamestop locations will have special hours as well. The store located in Howell Square will open at 5 a.m. but that is five hours after the other location at Lanes Mill Marketplace opens its doors.
There are plenty of other places to go, but these are just a few examples of what to expect if you plan on driving down Route 9 for some early season shopping
