Denis O'Connor was a New York chef, who took his talants to Holmdel where he and his partner Dan Duffy took over what was formerly known as Dom's Deli.

To begin, try the homemade pita bread or garlic bread. Then try one of the many dips, sauces and appetizers that make for a perfect starter or lunch. The Baba ghanoush is perfectly seasoned, and is perfectly paired with the homemade pita. 

If tasting it all is your preference, the Cracked Olive Tasting Plate has homemade hummus, Baba ghanoush, Tzatziki and grilled pita bread, for $7.99.

Cracked Olive Market offers salads and sandwiches as well. But, if you are in the mood for a taste of home, order the meatball parm for $6.50.

The sizable portions are filled with fresh meat and topped with tangy gravy. And as a bonus, there are plenty of vegetarian options.

While the deli is small, with only a handful of tables for the crowd, Cracked Olive Market is not only a haven for fresh food that satisfies your craving, but a welcoming atmosphere.
