Thomas Brodowski, 69, of Jackson was injured when his 2004 Saturn Vue was involved in a one car crash on Aldrich Rd. on Friday morning.
Detective Sgt. Eileen Dodd of the Howell Police Department reported that just after 11 a.m. on Friday Brodowski was driving west on Aldrich Rd. when he reportedly "blacked out due to an unknown medical condition."
Continuing down the road Dodd said Brodowski hit a mail box a business sign and a tree. Dodd said when he hit the sign his car rolled onto the driver's side trapping Brodowski in the car. He was extricated by the Southard Fire Department and taken to Jersey Shore University Medical Center by the Ramtown First Aid Squad.
Dodd said Brodowski was reported to have minor injuries when he was evaluated at the scene. The crash is being investigated by Sgt. Joseph Markulic.
