Colts Neck Man Charged With Theft From Howell Resident
Robert Hanna of Colts Neck allegedly stole credit cards, a social security card and a wholesale membership card from a Howell resident.
Robert Hanna, 44 of Colts Neck was arrested this week and faces several charges relating to theft of personal property.
The charges come after police allegedly found credit cards, a social security card and a wholesale membership card on Hanna which belong to a Howell woman.
The cards were reported missing on July 24, 2011 in Farmingdale. County reports indicate Hanna allegedly knowingly possessed and used the cards, which also included debit cards and bank checks belonging to numerous victims.
County reports also indicate Hanna is a flight risk, without a permanent address and with a record of failing to appear in court. Hanna was arrested last year as a fugitive of justice from a Pennsylvania court.
Hanna is currently being held in Monmouth County Jail with a $25,000 bail and no ten percent option. He will appear in court on Tuesday, June 19.
