With a trip to the Region XIX Tournament on the line former Howell soccer player Nick Bucciero scored twice for the Brookdale Men's Soccer team in a 6-0 win over Delaware County.

Bucciero was not the only Shore Conference alum to help the local team advance. Former Wall Knight Justin Gregory, a defender for Brookdale, got his team on the board first with a score late in the first half. The team then cemented the win with five second half goals including Bucciero's pair. 

The Brookdale squad will now play in one of the Region XIX finals on Saturday and the winners will be co-champions. They will then advance to the NJCAA Division III National Tournament with the region receiving two automatic births.
