Money will help township with environmental work

Thanks to a grant from the Sustainable Jersey Small Grants Program Township Manager Helene Schlegel said the administration will be able help improve the quality of life for residents.

Schlegel said the $2000 grant is designed to help communities with sustainable activities to benefit residents. She said the money from the grant will be used for the township's "Safe Routes to School," action plan.
