Howell Resident Indicted on Drug Charge

Christian A. Hanvey, 19, of Newtons Corner Road was indicted on one count of third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance by a Monmouth County Grand Jury. According to the indictment, on or about October 15, 2012 Hanvey was found to be in possession heroin in the township.

Jaime C. Gallo, 29 of Toms River was indicted on one count of attempted obtaining of a controlled dangerous substance by Fraud. The indictment claims that on or about December 11, 2012 Gallo attempted to obtain oxycodone "by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception or subterfuge."
