Timothy J. Kinney, 25, of Sunset Lane was indicted on two counts by a Monmouth County Grand Jury after allegedly using a forged prescription blank at a local pharmacy.

Kinney faces one count of third degree uttering a forged instrument. According to the indictment on or about Oct. 3 Kinney attempted to use the forged form at the Quail Creek Pharmacy. He also faces one count of third degree attempted obtaining a controlled dangerous substance by fraud as a result of the incident.
