Vincent L. Contino, 19 of South Appletree Rd. and Ian M. McCaffrey, 19 of Cherry Bend Dr. were indicted on two counts recently by a Monmouth County grand jury. 

The two Howell residents were indicted on one count of third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute. According to the indictment on or about March 9 they were found to be in possession of more than one ounce of marijuana.

They were also indicted on one count of third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance on or within 1000 feet of school property with intent to distribute. The indictment said they were found to be in possession of the marijuana within 1000 feet of the Land O'Pines School.
