Construction at Route 34 and Belmar Boulevard has traffic piled up on the state highway passed Hurley Pond Road as vehicles are funneled into one lane and the intersection's jughandle is closed. Traffic is being detoured onto Megill Road for turns onto east- or westbound Belmar Boulevard. Avoid the area if you can.
