This past Saturday, two Howell Pop Warner cheer teams competed in the Eastern Region Cheer Championships at The Sun National Bank Center in Trenton.

The Eastern Region takes only the top 2 teams from each division to compete at the National Cheer Championships in Disney World. The Howell Lions Junior Midget was one of 12 teams competing for the top 2 spots , and the Junior Pee Wee team was one of 7 teams. BOTH teams came out 1st place victors! For Both teams to earn the top spot on their divisions is a huge accomplishment considering their competitors are some of the best cheer teams in the northeast; not to mention a true testament to their hard work and dedication! Stay tuned for the outcome of their travels to the national competition!!
