DESCRIPTION:Public meetings of the Board of Chosen Freeholders are held r
 egularly on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month\, except holid
 ays and as otherwise noted. Most public workshop meetings are held at 2 
 p.m. and&nbsp\;most regular public meetings begin at 7 p.m. in the Freeh
 olders Public Meeting Room on the 2nd floor\, in the Hall of Records\, O
 ne East Main Street\, Freehold.\nAdditionally\, the fourth-week evening 
 meetings from March through September are rotated throughout the county 
 and designed to cover all regions of the county and provide opportunitie
 s for residents to attend meetings closer to home or work. These locatio
 ns are included on the Board of Chosen Freeholders master schedule.&nbsp
