DESCRIPTION:Art Beins Karate and New Jersey martial arts students and ins
 tructors will be launching a new initiative to raise money to help resid
 ents of the Jersey Shore affected by Hurricane Sandy. Participating Mart
 ial Arts schools in New Jersey will be offering special two-week classes
  of expert instruction in martial arts\, kickboxing or physical fitness 
 for $10 with all proceeds donated to the Hurricane Sandy New Jersey Reli
 ef Fund (https://sandynjrelieffund.org/index.html).Art Beins has trained
  more than 10\,000 students over the past 32 years\, mostly in the Shore
  area. Master Beins is a well known community leader in Howell\, going b
 ack to his days as one of the school's historically most successful wres
 tlers in the early-70&rsquo\;s and has been a role model/mentor for NJ S
 hore's youth ever since.\nHe and other New Jersey martial arts instructo
 rs and students will speak about their goals for the initiative and shar
 e their personal experiences of how Sandy has affected their communities
 . In addition to martial artists from all over the state\, numerous elec
 ted officials have been invited along with local community and business 
 leaders. Media is encouraged to attend the kick-off event in order to ra
 ise awareness.
