Literacy Volunteers of Monmouth County will offer US Citizenship Preparation Classes on Monday evenings beginning September 17th through November 12, 2012 from 7 to 9 pm. at the Brookdale Community college's Higher Education Center, 213 Broadway, Long Branch, NJ 07740, Room 103.  Cost is $10 for book and materials and students should contact LV Monmouth at lvmonmouth@brookdalecc.edu or call 732-571-0209 to register.  Class size is limited.

These classes are recommended for Permanent Residents (green card status) applying for US Citizenship in 2012/2013.  Students whould have English speaking, reading and writing skills.  Classes will cover the Naturalization Process, US History, Civics, Testing, Interview Practice and N-400 Application Content.
