In these tough economic times First Financial Federal Credit Union will be holding an event to help organize their finances.
The seminar will be held on Tuesday at 6 p.m. and will cover a variety of topics including how to create a budget and how to effectively organize your finances. The event is free to members of the credit union and is $15 by cash or check for non members. Those interested in joining will have $5 put toward their membership fee and $10 will be given to the First Financial Foundation.
Tuesday is expected to be the first in a string of freezing cold days. The National Weather Service is calling for a sunny day with a high near 19 but a wind chill dropping that to feeling close to five degrees below zero. There is at least a 30 percent chance of snow tonight especially before 1 a.m. The low temperature is expected to be around 11 degrees and only an inch of accumulation is expected.
