Planning Board Meeting Carries Full Agenda

The Howell Planning Board is scheduled to meet tonight and after several months of quiet agendas the board looks to have a full slate to start the fall.

Starting at 7 p.m. in the new Municipal Building the agenda includes a plan by a company called Sierra Builders LLC to remove affordable housing units which were part of a duplex on a lot on Aldrich Road. The units were originally required as part of the approval for the plan at earlier meetings. There is also an application by a property owner on Newtons Corner Road to subdivide his property into three lots.
