Planning Board Meeting Scheduled Thursday Night

The agenda for the meeting has not been posted on the Township’s website but the Howell Planning Board is scheduled to hold its second meeting of the month on Thursday night.

At the first meeting the board approved part of a proposal to build a branch of the First Financial Federal Credit Union and will hear more of the application at a later date. The plan calls for the building to be constructed near where Route 9 meets Wyckoff Mills Road.

Patchy fog that rolled in Wednesday night will burn off later this morning making way for a mostly cloudy day. The National Weather Service is calling for a high around 75 degrees but that will likely drop to around 55 tonight. There is also a 60 percent chance of showers tonight that will clear up before a mostly sunny day on Friday.
