Make this Summer Count – Let’s Start Now to Support the Howell Holiday Giveaway Program To Bring Joy to Others in Our Community

This summer the TEAM at Affiliated Foot and Ankle Center, LLP would like to ask the residents of Howell to join together and add a new summer tradition to their backyard barbeques and fun days at the beach. Instead of having a summer barbeque, how about having a “Howell Holiday Theme Party” and ask your friends and family to purchase a holiday gift that will be distributed during the holidays to those that are less fortunate in our community.  This year we would like to get a jumpstart on collecting new, unwrapped gifts or gift certificates starting in July because we all know how stressful and chaotic the holiday season can be.  Also, you can find cool summer items at the shore that will not be available during the winter months!

Every year, a group of dedicated volunteers organize a program called the “Howell Holiday Giveaway” which is sanctioned by township officials to collect gifts for hundreds of less fortunate families in Howell.  Many gifts are needed to ensure a great holiday season for those who would typically receive few to no gifts at all.  The program aims to collect new, unwrapped gifts or gift certificates for children ages infant to 17 years old and involves many neighborhoods, residents, non-profit groups and local businesses. Thousands of gifts are needed to ensure a special holiday season for those we are reaching out to help. 

If you can’t organize a holiday party, but would like to donate a gift(s) for the holiday giveaway, please bring the unwrapped gift(s) or gift certificate(s) to Affiliated Foot and Ankle Center, LLP located at 4645 Route 9 South in Howell.  Dr. Hal Ornstein, Medical Director and Podiatrist at Affiliated Foot and Ankle Center, LLP is pleased to announce, “We will be collecting gifts from July through December in our office.  Our TEAM of volunteers will distribute the gifts collected to the designated families in Howell during the holiday season.  Together, we can have a tremendously positive impact in the lives of others at a time meant for joy.”  If you would like more information on this program, please call Affiliated Foot and Ankle Center, LLP at (732) 905-1110 or contact them via email at wecare@footdoctorsnj.com.
