This free seminar will help homeowners struggling with their mortgages during these difficult economic times.  

Homeowners will learn about their options and available mortgage assistance programs at this free workshop, presented by the Affordable Housing Alliance, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization and a leader in homeowner education throughout New Jersey.

Topics include: 

Foreclosure Prevention Options – what you can do if you are struggling with your mortgage

Modification Programs – including HAMP and the newer HAMP Tier 2

Foreclosure Process in NJ – expectations, average timeframes

Avoiding Scams – learn warning signs for popular loan modification scams and how to report them

Life After Foreclosure – you can purchase again   

The free Foreclosure Information Session will be held at the Howell Town Hall in the Main Meeting Room at 4567 Rt. 9 North Howell, NJ 07731 from 11am to 12noon. There is no fee to attend but registration is appreciated.
