Blue Moon Kruizers Close Another Classic Season

Money raised benefits howell Food Pantry.

It was another busy year for the Blue Moon Kruizers as the local classic car club once again filled the Chick-Fil-A parking lot on a regular basis displaying their prized possessions while helping raise money for the Howell Food Pantry.

The annual Halloween Car Show was held on Saturday and proved to be one of the most successful events of the year for the group as they raised $1520 thanks to the 118 cruisers who took part in the event. A press release from the organization said, “The Blue Moon Kruizers thank you and the members of the Blue Moon Kruizers for your continued hard work and dedication making our cruises the most successful in New Jersey.

Since the club started in 2006 the shows and events have raised more than $40,000 for the Howell Food Pantry. That money has helped provide meals for many local residents in need during the holiday season and all throughout the year.
