Brush Pickup Almost Done in Township

For those residents looking to have their brush picked up before the spring and summer get underway the township will be making one last sweep through the streets.

In an email sent out Friday night the township announced that all brush to be collected should be put out at the curb by Sunday, May 20th. Crews from the Department of Public Works have already done one loop through the town and Monday, May 21 will mark the start of the second and final run. 

For anyone who misses the pickup for any reason they can bring their brush to the Township's Recycling Center on Old Tavern Rd. The center is open Friday through Sunday from 7:30 until 3 p.m.

The brush being collected does not apply to leaves which are only collected in the fall.
