Ghost Hunt at Mackenzie Museum This Weekend

Historical Society holding a special event at one of Howell's oldest buildings.

In a town with as much history as Howell there seems room to argue that some residents may not have moved on to the other side after passing on even centuries ago.

Recently a group of people searched Our House Restaurant for signs of the paranormal and this weekend a different crew will work their way through the old Mackenzie Museum. With its cramped spaces and tight stairways the museum has not changed much in its history and because of that the Howell Historical Society and New Jersey Paranormal will combine their efforts to see what they can find.

There will be three tours of the building starting at  7 p.m. and running every hour until 10 p.m. Guests will get the chance to take part in a paranormal investigation and see equipment that shows like Travel Channel’s Ghost Adventures use on a weekly basis.
