On Saturday morning Howell Township residents did , and by Saturday afternoon most of the power problems in the township had been resolved.
As of 11:20 the utility is reporting 1333 outages in Howell on its website. By 12:20 that number was reduced to just a handful of residents. Several towns in Monmouth and Ocean County are reporting a handful of outages but Howell has the most reported by far. Tinton Falls is currently reporting 50 residents without power at this time while other neighboring towns like Wall and freehold are reporting just a handful of outages.
