Howell Chamber Honors Locals at Annual Banquet

Hurricane Sandy postponed original event

It took a little longer than originally planned but the Howell Chamber of Commerce held its annual banquet recently to honor people who contributed to the township in 2012.

Held at Eagle Oaks Country Club, the event was originally scheduled for last November before Hurricane Sandy forced the event to be delayed until February 10.

At the event several groups were honored including CentraState Healthcare System which was recognized as the Chamber's Business of the Year. Accepting that award was Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Dan Messina.

The Chamber also honored Mark Ackerman with a lifetime achievement award and Camille Mussari for her work with students at Howell High School.
