Passanante and the rest of the members of the group "will be showing valuable strategies every week on how to network your business," the release said. "Our focus is to bring professionals from all industries together to create strategic alliances within the community."

At each meeting Passanante said members of the group will be challenged "think dynamically." That includes, "Who is going after the same target market as you are? Who is your best client specifically? Who do you want to meet? What are the top 3 reasons to do business with you," he said.

The CEO said he believes the organization can be a benefit to all its members. "It's about building and nurturing strong relationships, not just hunting the next deal," he said.
