Bodhi Movement, an up and coming studio located in Jackson New Jersey, opened its doors in January 2014. Owner, Samantha Vetrano,  is a native and graduate of Jackson. Samantha went to college at the University of Texas and has traveled the world enhancing her yoga lifestyle, including a trip to India, where she studied Yoga.  Since returning from her travels, Sam decided to open Bodhi.  She truly believes Bodhi will be an asset to not only those who regularly practice yoga, but to those who are interested in learning for the first time how to make it a part of their active lifestyle

Yoga and breathing techniques have been known for years to ease depression and anxiety along while helping reduce many problems in the physical body. From easing back pain to stress and tension, consistent practice is known to do wonders for the body, mind and soul.  Bodhi Movement offers a variety of yoga classes that empower all who walk through its doors. Bodhi allows students to believe in their own strength and abilities. Bodhi Movement’s main focus is on power vinyasa (a fluid, flow type of yoga). Bodhi also offers gentle and relaxation classes for those who are looking to stretch and wind down from their busy modern lives.

Bodhi Movement is located at 401 N. County Line Road (right across the street from Jackson Storage on the eastbound side). Bodhi Movement gives students the opportunity to come at their own leisure, providing drop in pricing. For the students who want to enhance their yogic practice, packages are available as well.
