Five Things For A Spring Week

Meetings, nice weather and spring sports should make for a good week ahead

1. It was a beautiful weekend in Howell and it looks like the week ahead should continue that with very few exceptions. Starting today with weather in the mid 40's the temperature should continue to rise in the coming days. There's  a chance of rain on Tuesday and Friday, but nothing like we saw last week. Also looks like St. Patrick's day has the luck of the Irish on its side with temperatures climbing close to 60 degrees.

2. The zoning board is scheduled to meet tonight at 8 p.m. It looks to be a full agenda at Town Hall.

3. Speaking of Town Hall, the Howell Township Council will be meeting on Tuesday night with the public portion of the meeting starting at 7:30 p.m. The council had its first budget meeting this past week and should schedule another at tomorrow's meeting. At their workshop meeting earlier in the month tempers flared at the meeting that went nearly five hours long.
