No Fooling: Spring Weather Starts April on a High Note

Chance of showers today and Thursday with plenty of sun in the forecast

Spring is in the air for this first week of April and the National Weather Service says that should mean plenty of sunny days ahead even if the temperature only stays in the 40's.

Today looks to be the warmest day of the week with a high near 60 but there is at least a 20 percent chance of rain falling across our area. The rain should clear by tonight when the temperature will drop down to around 31 degrees for a chilly evening.

The high temperature for tomorrow looks to be near 45 on a mostly sunny day before dropping down near 28 when the sun sets. Wednesday and Thursday during the day look to be more of the same with a 30 percent chance of rain on Thursday night. The low temperature on Thursday night should be near 38.
