Possible Snow This Week Should Skirt Jersey Shore

Mostly nice weather for the week ahead

If the National Weather Service is right a storm predicted to arrive tonight and into tomorrow should mean mostly rain for the Jersey Shore region while areas to the north and west could see at least a mix of rain and snow.

The high temperature for today looks to be around 49 before dropping down to the mid 30's tonight with little to no snow accumulation expected for tonight. Tuesday morning will not bring a big increase in the temperature with a high of just 39 but more rain will fall throughout the day.

Tuesday night should see more rain falling until just before midnight even with a low temperature of 31 degrees bringing the area close to more snow hitting the ground.

Once Wednesday comes the National Weather Service is predicting the clouds will part and the temperature should get at least a little warmer. For most of the rest of the week the high's should be in the 40's and the lows only dipping into the 30's with no more precipitation in the forecast.
