Alzheimer's & Dementia Support Group

Support Group is held the First Tuesday of Every Month at 1pm
The 2014 dates are: August 5th, September 9th, October 7th, November 4th, and December 2nd.

Whether you've just been diagnosed, or you're caring for a loved one, joining a support group is a great way to find people who understand what you're experiencing.

Light Refreshments will be served.
