The McAuley Institute for Lifelong Learning Presents
COOK, EAT & HEAL
Thursdays, April 24 (Cook); May 1 (Eat) and May 8 (Heal) from 2-4 p.m.; $20 per session for McAuley Institute for Lifelong Learning Members; $45 per session for non-members.
Learn how making healthy lifestyle choices in what you feed your body can help you lose weight, feel more energetic, boost your immune system, reduce stress, reduce inflammation, alleviate digestive issues, lower blood pressure, reverse Type II diabetes, have more restful sleep, and help heal your body.
Learn from instructor Marian Marchese, R.N., CHHC, AADP as she teaches you to give yourself the best gift of all. Each session will focus on a different aspect of nutrition: cooking, eating, or healing, and participants can choose one or all sessions. Please note that the cooking session is not hands-on.
