Seasonal Affective Disorder

Have you ever felt as though you had a case of the winter blues? As the days become shorter, join us as we explore the causes, symptoms and treatment of seasonal depression during “S.A.D.,” a discussion on seasonal affective disorder. Following the discussion, health coaches from the Center for Healthy Aging will be on hand to provide general health screenings. This free program includes refreshments.
