National Night Out Set for Tuesday

The parking lot will be the place to be on Tuesday night as Howell celebrates its annual National Night Out festivities.

Jamie Szyarto, Program Coordinator for the said the event is "designed to strengthen neighborhood spirit and Police community partnerships."

Running from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Szyarto said local businesses will tables set up as part of the event to showcase their specialties. In addition several local law enforcement and first responders will be in attendance. Groups expected to attend include the and as well as the Howell Fire Bureau, Monmouth County SWAT Team and Tactical Team as well as the township's Office of Emergency Management.  

Representatives from the and the Town Council are also expected to attend as well as representatives from the local PAL group.
