Team Bradley to Hold Fundraiser

Event to be held for local family and Autism Speaks

When the Walk for Autism Speaks is held on Sept. 29 a local family figures to be well represented as Team Bradley prepares for another year of participation. 

A fundraiser will be held on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. at in Farmingdale with 20 percent of all food sales going to the team and the larger organization. 

Bradley's mother Amy Huizenga said this is the second year will be taking part in the walk in honor of her 4-year-old son. She said he was diagnosed with autism at 28-months-old making the event . "It is important for us to walk to honor him and the daily struggle he endures as well as raise money to help him and others."

In addition to the fundraiser at Woody's, Team Bradley will also be holding a fundraiser at in Howell on Sept. 17 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
