Obituary: James F. Kelleher, 83

US Army Veteran

James F. Kelleher, 83, of Howell Township , passed away at Wedgewood Gardens, Freehold Twp. on Sunday, May 13, 2012. 

James was born in Montgomery, Pennsylvania and had lived in Colts Neck and Marlboro before moving to Surrey Downs, in 2004.  He was a US Army Veteran serving in 1953-1955. James was the owner of Public Service Utility Management, Inc, East Brunswick for twenty years until his retirement in 2005. 

He was predeceased by his son, Kevin.  James is survived by his wife, Leona Kelleher; two sons, Joseph Daniel Kelleher of Florida and John Dennis Kelleher of New Jersey; two step daughters, Mindy Wille of Freehold Township and Barbara Glazer of Los Angles, California; a brother, Joseph Kelleher of Ohio; and five grand children.

A memorial gathering will be at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524) on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. 

Relatives and friends may gather at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at 9:30 AM for the procession to St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 16 McLean Street, Freehold, NJ, for his 10:00 AM Funeral Mass.  Inurnment will follow in Maplewood Cemetery Mausoleum, Freehold Township.
