Obituary: Patricia J. McCormack, 77

Patricia J. McCormack, 77, of Lakewood passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick.  She was born in the Bronx and had lived in Jackson before moving to Leisure Village.  Patricia was a homemaker.  She was a parishioner of St. Dominic’s Church and previously was a member of the Church of St. Veronica, Howell.

Patricia was predeceased by her husband John; two sons, Joseph and Michael; and one daughter, Mary Catherine.  She is survived by four daughters, Ellen McCormack of Freehold Township, Patty Gatto of Freehold Township, Theresa Dobovich of Lakehurst and Kathleen Nickerson of Brick; six grandchildren, Siobhan, John, Kyle, Matthew, Terry and Tara; two sisters, Sue Mackin and Joan Haugh of Florida; and one brother, John Normile also of Florida.

Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Sunday, February 24, 2013 from 1:00 to 5:00 PM.  Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home on Monday, February 25, 2013 at 8:45 AM for the procession to St. Dominic’s Catholic Church, 250 Old Squan Road, Brick for her 10:00 AM funeral Mass.  Interment to follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Brielle.  For information, directions or condolence messages to the family, visit www.claytonfuneralhome.com
