As the one year anniversary of Super Storm Sandy near has our District 4 Congressman, Chris Smith, served us?

Behind closed doors he makes promises to his colleagues that serve himself and his party.  Chris Smith is not new to signing partisan pledges.  Chris Smith has also signed the Grover Norquest Pledge.
