Mother Robbed While Shopping With Her 8 month year old Baby,In Howell Kmart

I 'm writing in regards to my friend who was just at the Kmart in Howell Township NJ around 4pm Sunday 8/18/13. She was there with her 8 month year old daughter and 2 black females approach her in the toy isle asking her for advice. While the one female distracted her the other female stole her wallet out of her purse which was in the shopping cart. By the time she realized and called the cops and her credit card companies the thieves had already charged $ 700 already in the nearby stores in Howell. They hit Wal-Mart, Shop and Shop and a few more. What kind of low life criminals rob a mother with her 8 month year old daughter in the shopping cart. Please if anyone has any information please contact the Howell Police department. Please spread the word so no one else falls victim to these criminals !!
