Drugs Charges For Five In Separate Arrests

Four Howell residents and one from Jackson among those charged

A number of area residents were indicted this week on drugs charges in Howell, according to indictments.

Joseph L. Carlino, 25, of Marc Drive in Howell, was indicted this week for possession of oxycodone stemming from an arrest in town on Feb. 27, according to the indictment.

Angela C. Perdek, 26, of Jackson, was indicted for possession of heroin stemming from an arrest on March 6, according to the indictment.

Nicole L. Rizzi, 25, of Alexander Ave. in Howell, and Michael F. Beraud, of Chatham Drive in Howell, were each charged with possession buprenorphine and hydrocodone, respectively, stemming from a Feb. 28 arrest, according to the indictment.

John C. Mazurkiewicz Jr., 24, of Midland Boulevard in Howell, was indicted on one count of possession of codeine or heroin stemming from a March 13 arrest. Mazurkiewicz also was charged with possession of heroin in a Feb. 5 arrest, according to the indictments.
