Sahran Franklin, a 27-year-old Farmingdale resident, was indicted on one count of second degree computer theft by a Monmouth County Grand Jury.
According to the indictment the charges stem from an incident on or about July 23, 2011. Lt. Tom Connors of the Howell Police Department at that time Franklin was found to be using the computers and computer system of her former employer in a way that caused a "substantial loss" for the employer.
