Farmingdale Resident Faces Weapons Charge
Monmouth County Grand Jury hands down one count indictment
A Monmouth County Grand Jury has indicted Adam K. Ullman, 18, of Farmingdale on one count of third degree unlawful possession of a weapon.
According to the indictment Ullman was found to have the weapon in Howell on or about Nov. 19, 2011. The weapon is described in the indictment as "an air gun, spring gun or pistol or other weapon of a similar nature, without having obtained a permit to carry."
A separate grand jury indicted Erik D. Huettler, 18, of Squankum Yellowbrook Rd. on one count of second degree eluding. The indictment states that on or about Feb. 7 of this year Huettler is alleged to have been "fleeing or attempting to elude," law enforcement "after having received a signal from the law enforcement officer to bring the vehicle to a full stop."
