Florida Resident Faces Charges From Howell Incident

Among indictments from Monmouth County Grand Jury

Alissa Austin, a 24-year-old Plantation, Fl. resident was indicted by a Monmouth County Grand Jury for a November incident in Howell. 

Austin faces one count of third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance for being found in possession of oxycodone on or around Nov. 24, 2011.

  • Tahir Parrish, 21, of Jackson faces one count of second degree eluding after going through several Monmouth County towns. Those towns include Tinton Falls, Wall, Howell, Colts Neck and Holmdel. Parrish is alleged to have attempted to get away from law enforcement after they attempted to pull him over.
  • Paul Eagan, 22, of Maxim Rd. in Howell was indicted on two counts of third degree burglary for an incident on or about Jan. 21, 2012 in Howell. He also faces one count of third degree credit card theft.
  • Christopher E. Hand, 22, of Brick was indicted on two counts of third degree burglary for an incident on or about Feb. 13, 2012. 
  • Stephanie DiBennedetto, 22, of Salem Hill Rd. in Howell was indicted on two counts of third degree receiving stolen property for incidents on or about Jan. 27 and Jan. 31 in Freehold Township. 
    In both incidents she is alleged to received jewelry valued in excess of $500 knowing it had been stolen.
