Freehold Resident Indicted on Forgery Charge
Monmouth County Grand Jury handed down two count indictment
Michael B. Petterson, 37, of Ragley Drive of Freehold was indicted on two counts by a Monmouth County grand jury.
The first charge is one count of third degree uttering a forged instrument. According to the indictment on or about April 2 of this year Petterson attempted to use money which he knew to be forged at in Howell.
Petterson was also indicted on one count of fourth degree hindering apprehension of oneself.
