Howell Man Arrested on Child Porn, Sex Assault Charges
Kevin Motyka is accused of manufacturing child porn and assaulting a toddler.
A Howell man was arrested on charges of child pornography possession, manufacturing and distribution and the sexual assault of a toddler, Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni announced.
Kevin Motyka, 22, of Overlook Terrace in Howell was arrested by detectives from the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office following an investigation prompted by tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Motyka was charged with sexual assault and six counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Several computers were seized from Motyka's home.
Motyka is being held in the Monmouth County Correctional Institution on $700,000 bail with no option to post 10 percent of the bond.
