Howell Man Indicted on Child Sex Assault Charges
David Winkowski allegedly assaulted a child under 13.
A Howell man was indicted by a Monmouth County grand jury Friday on charges of sexually assaulting a child under 13.
According to court documents, 56-year-old David Winkowski of Smith Street allegedly sexually penetrated the child on multiple occasions between July 8, 2013 and Oct. 26, 2013.
Winkowski was arrested in November 2013 on the charges.
He faces first-degree aggravated assault, second-degree sexual assault and second-degree endangering the welfare of a child charges.
