Howell Police Seek Armed Robbery Suspect

An armed robbery was reported at the location on Route 9 on Wednesday morning according to the Howell Township Police Department. 

The facility, located at 1070 Route 9 South near , reported that at around 10:56 on Wednesday morning a suspect forced their way into the office. The suspect then reportedly showed a handgun to the manager on duty and requested money. The police department reported an undetermined amount of money was given to the suspect who fled in an unknown direction. 

According to the police department the manager was told to stay in the office when the suspect fled and was uninjured during the incident. The suspect is described as being a black male between 5-7 and 5-9 with a thin build. The manager said the suspect was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and jeans.
