Bradley Hall, 37, of Adelphia Road was indicted on one count of second degree assault by auto on or within 1000 feet of school property by a Monmouth County Grand Jury.
According to the indictment, on or about December 7, 2011 Hall is alleged to have been "driving a vehicle recklessly and causing bodily harm," to a person within 1000 feet of Marlboro High School.

Mark Forman, 39, of Sunnyside Road was indicted on two counts of third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance. On or About September 4, 2012 Forman was allegedly found in Neptune with buprenorphine and heroin.
Jaclyn Lucchese, 29, of Jackson was indicted on one count of second degree endangering the welfare of a child The charges stem from an incident in Howell on or about August 20, 2012.

Gene Devincenzi, 41, of Jackson was indicted on one count of fourth degree operating a motor vehicle during a period of license suspension. The charge comes from an incident on or about February 25 in Howell.
