A Howell resident was arrested at the end of September and faces numerous drug related charges.
Paul R. Clites, 28, of West Farms Road, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after he was allegedly found on Sept. 23 with 35 decks of heroin, a shoelace and a hypodermic syringe after being arrested on a warrant. Clites was also charged with possession of a hypodermic syringe and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
