Found by police to be in possession of 23 bags of heroin

Four people were arrested at the Quick Chek on Main Street in Matawan on Sept. 13 after officers observed the group engaging in suspicious activity in a parked car, according to Lt. Ben Smith.

When Ptl. Chris Stark approached the group, it became apparent that they were conducting a drug deal, Smith explained.

Caballero was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance within 500 feet of a park.

Bail was set at $30,000. Caballero was committed to the Monmouth County Correctional Facility.

The three other individuals were charged with loitering to commit a controlled dangerous substance crime.

Ptl. Chris Stark, Ptl. Eric Budelman, Sgt. Jeremiah Hourihan and Lt. Jason Gallo responded to the scene.

It's already at the printers for your information! I'll be happy to send you a wallet size or a christmas card if you'd like. Drugs are a vicious trap and you should not even think to make such an ignorant comment like that until you are there, I could only wish that one of your loved ones were in the same situtation but I'm not that low. So I'll just sit back and let the good lord above take care of my dirty work. K thanks have a nice day.

Yes it is the most vicious trap. People whi are soooooo judgemental should come off their high horse. Drugs will creep into people who are highly educated, high earners down to the poorest of society. You should keep your insensitive remarks to the lovely people you surround yourself with.
